Looking Good: Photo Fun contest
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of PublicDisplay.ART, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on August 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, August 30, 2026 (“Contest Period”).
All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Contest Period, eligible participants may enter by uploading a photograph for vote at coliseumofart.org/best-dressed/enter.
No purchase, payment, donation, or other monetary contribution is required to enter or win.
Limit one entry per person during the Contest Period.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted outside the Contest Period, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
5. Prize
Three prize(s) will be awarded.
Prize: $1,500 Grand Prize, $250 and $250 runner-up awards. Total value of all prizes: $2,000.
No cash alternative will be provided unless PublicDisplay.ART elects otherwise. PublicDisplay.ART reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Voting open through 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, August 30, 2026 (midnight).
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be notified on Monday, August 31, 2026.
Winners will be based on total votes received during the Contest Period.
Total votes will be tallied online for public viewing. PublicDisplay.ART or its designated representative will contact winners. In the event of a tie, prize awards will be split evenly between winners.
The winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win.
8. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
The potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information associated with the entry.
The potential winner must respond within 10 days following the first notification attempt.
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity and eligibility and complete any documentation reasonably required by PublicDisplay.ART.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within the stated period, does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and PublicDisplay.ART may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
A winner will not be required to pay PublicDisplay.ART any fee, shipping charge, handling charge, or other consideration to receive the prize.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
PublicDisplay.ART may issue any tax reporting documentation required by law.
10. Photography and Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for PublicDisplay.ART to use the winner’s name, submitted photograph, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information in connection with coverage and promotion of the Contest without additional compensation.
Submission of an entry does not transfer ownership of the entrant’s photograph or other original content to PublicDisplay.ART.
11. General Conditions
PublicDisplay.ART reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the Contest.
PublicDisplay.ART may suspend, modify, or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical problems, events beyond its reasonable control, or other circumstances materially impair the integrity or proper operation of the Contest, subject to applicable law.
PublicDisplay.ART’s decisions regarding eligibility, administration of the Contest, and selection of the winner are final to the extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Contest will be used to administer the Contest, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and for any other purposes disclosed to entrants at the time of entry.
Entering the Contest does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from PublicDisplay.ART unless the entrant separately provides such consent.

14. Governing Law
The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington.
